Give your whole team the chance to see grant-making through a funder's eyes!
Do you have a team of fundraisers looking to improve their grant fundraising?
Are there a group of people within your organisation who would benefit from understanding the grant funding process from the funder’s side?
Or are you looking for a team building or away day exercise with a difference?
Great news – we are now delivering ‘Through A Funder’s Eyes’ in-house!

‘Through A Funder’s Eyes’ has been designed to give you and your team a deep understanding of what the grant-making process looks like from the funder’s perspective. It helps you to understand the context in which funders are making decisions, the way a group dynamic can influence trustees, and the small and large factors that ultimately determine who is successful and who isn’t.
Whether you are new to grant-funding or have been applying for grants for years, this workshop has been created to help you see all aspects of your grant fundraising in a new light.
'Through A Funder's Eyes' for Teams
As with our open programmes, we can deliver ‘Through A Funder’s Eyes’ in two ways:
- Online – delivered via Zoom, this is ideal for teams with staff across a number of different locations, or where travel is not practical
- In-Person – we will come to you! All you need is a room big enough to comfortably fit the group
Given the interactive nature of this session, and to ensure the experience is as authentic as possible, we can work with groups of up to 10 people. (Let us know if you are looking to include larger groups and we can discuss options for scheduling multiple sessions).
